Team Communication

The last issue I want to touch upon is that of the communication from the Cryptobots team. Like I said before, transparency goes a long way. People understand that unexpected issues may arise and cause roadblocks, but not being clear on the issues that directly impact the community feels wrong. Most notably, the launch of the game itself was delayed multiple times with what seemed to be a lack of clarity from the team. Being that this project has been in the works for 5 years, one would think community engagement would be stellar. Whether people are asking questions relating to their account specifically or issues with the game as a whole, the Cryptobots team has failed to provide adequate support.
