The tokenomics of $BOATY are thoughtfully designed to foster the development and sustainability of the game's ecosystem. Here's a detailed breakdown:
Airdrop - 25% (17,355,000,624 tokens):
A substantial portion of the tokens is dedicated to an airdrop. This strategy is aimed at recognizing those who most believed in the vision of Mirandus. $Boaty wants to recognize those who poured countless hours and dollars into making a dream a reality, only to have it pulled from us. It is our intention to count both Ethereum and Galachain assets in the snapshots. However, because there is still no official Galachain explorer that we know of and to our knowledge much of Galachain is still centralized, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this.
Game Fund - 30% (20,826,000,749 tokens):
The largest allocation goes towards the Game Fund. This fund ensures that there is ample budget to support the original team in creating and maintaining the game, as well as funding future updates, expansions, and in-game features.
Rewards/Liquidity Provision (LP) - 25% (17,355,000,624 tokens):
This allocation is intended for rewards and to provide liquidity, if needed. It may involve liquidity pool incentives, staking rewards, or other mechanisms to reward participants for their contribution to the liquidity and stability of the coin. If it's determined that we do not need this, the intention is for this entire portion to be burned.
Ecosystem Fund - 10% (6,942,000,250 tokens):
The Ecosystem Fund is designed to support various initiatives that contribute to the growth of $Boaty. This may include partnerships, collaborations, community events, and other activities that foster a vibrant community.
Marketing/Advisors/Contributors - 10% (6,942,000,250 tokens):
Finally, a portion is reserved for marketing, advisors, and contributors. This ensures that the project can attract skilled professionals for advice and contributions and can fund marketing campaigns to increase the project's visibility and attract new players. The founders have allocated 0% to themselves.
